If you are looking for a quality caravan and camping park in the Yorkshire Dales then why not come and enjoy our wonderful park situated in the picturesque village of Fearby, 2 miles from Masham in the Yorkshire Dales. Easily accessible from the A1 (8 miles) the park is ideally located, providing you with the base to enjoy the wonders of dales life and its attractions.
Many of the pitches on a clear day have stunning 40+ mile views over the Vale of York towards the City of York in the far distance (see the picture above). The park is in itself located in Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, an ideal area for walking. Local walking maps are available.
The beautiful Dales Towns and Villages; Middleham, Leyburn, Hawes rest within half an hours travel and for some people within walking distance. Further afield destinations may include the Lake District, the City of York and the East coast less than one and a half hours travel.
Many popular TV and film locations such as “Heartbeat” are close by and the home of James Herriot of “All creatures great and small” is just 15 miles away.
On site we have our own traditional public house and bistro serving traditional mouthwatering food and drink.
For the 2007 season we have developed flat hard standings for caravans and motor homes, serviced by electric hook ups and water, and the 40+ mile view!
Facilities on site include a modern toilet block with showers, a waste disposal area and electric hook-ups for all pitches, washing and food preparation sinks for campers and a chemical disposal point..
Our site is open 1 March until 31 October.
