The Black Swan Holiday Park is a small park set in wonderful country side in the Burn Valley.

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities On arrival turn onto the car park and drive down the drive to the left of the Public House. You will normally be greeted at the entrance of the park when seated in your car. In some circumstances you will need to go into the pub and talk to bar staff, they will arrange
Main Entrance & Reception Main entrance to the Public House is level from the main car park, the entrance porch requires a 90 turn, most wheelchairs unless exceptionally wide can negotiate the turn. Arrival 10am- 11pm, please check for change particularly during "off Season".
Public Areas - General (Internal) The floor is level and carpeted.
Public Areas - WC The toilets are accessible with wheel chairs however, there are two doors close to each other with a 90 degree turn between them. The toilet cubicles will not accommodate wheelchairs.
Restaurant / Dining Room, Bar & Lounges, Take Away & Cafe We have a restaurant and bar with access as above.

Outdoor Facilities The beer garden is level and easily accessible where necessary ramps are available with little incline.
Touring Facilities (Holiday Parks) The toilet block has two small steps to enter. The position of the block is central to the park a maximum of 100metres from any pitch. Gents and Ladies toilets have; hot and cold water, showers, sinks and mirrors. Ladies; hairdryer, gents; shaver socket.
The park has a gentle slope and in some places chocks may be useful to level caravans. Please note the views are exceptional due to the slight slope.
All pitches have electric hookups some with individual water points.
Chemical disposal and recycling facilities are available.
Grounds and Gardens The park is sloping with some pitches on a slight slope, the road is constructed to give stability for large motor homes and caravans. Some wheel chair users may find the roads a little inconvenient when compared to tarmac.
