Terms and Conditions
All tariffs include a £5 voucher*, per unit per night, to spend on food in the Black Swan. For example if you are staying 2 nights you can use your £10 of vouchers on one occasion.
Super pitches are hard standings with own water, electricity and grey water drainage.
A minimum deposit of 50% will be taken at the time of booking. Full payment is due no less than 2 weeks before arrival.
Any cancellations must be made 5 days before arrival to receive a full refund (less £5 admin fee)
We no longer accept cheques as a method of payment.
Tariff includes maximum of 4 people over the age of 5yrs, one car per pitch.
Additional persons £2.00 per night.
Bank Holiday minimum nights for booking a pitch;
- Easter 3 nights
- 1st May Bank Holiday 3 nights
- Last May Bank Holiday 3 nights
- August Bank holiday 3 nights
Certain weekends may also have a 2 night minimum stay policy at the normal tariff rate for those dates.
*Yorkshire Festival of Ales (July) total tariff is for 3 nights, dinning vouchers do not apply
*British Festival of Ales (Sept) total tariff is for 2 nights, dinning vouchers do not apply
